Napa fruit aged in oak for nine months longer than your typical Sauvignon Blanc provide it fuller body and a saucy creaminess. We could not have asked for more. In fact, possibly we should have. We made just one puncheon. That's it. Which is why we bottled it in valuable, to-be-savored 500ml bottles (a bit majority a bottle). Just 75 cases of it, so get it while you can. As a restricted release, it's extremely collectible.
